I’ve dealt with the January Service, led initially by Mr and Mrs January for over 25 years. It’s been an exceptional run for me and my Team at FedEx Freight. Since Jerry and Shelly Gramke took the reins, it’s only gotten better. The products, services and commitment are truly exceptional. I’m not about fluff or false accolades. This review is reality and long term experience. Thomas Hughes

We needed a reliable vending service for our warehouse, and January Service Company made the whole process incredibly easy. Their team was responsive, professional, and delivered exactly what they promised. We especially appreciate having fresh meals available daily, it’s a great option for our employees. Most importantly, their response time has lived up to what they promised, which makes a big difference when you need support. Highly recommend January Service Company!

Best vending company, hands down! Every interaction with any of January 's employees is nothing short of delightful. They are always pleasant, they frequently check in to make sure everything is running smoothly, and are extremely quick to resolve any issues in the rare case that something occurs. They are a family- run business that provides a wide array of services with the type of outstanding customer care that is (unfortunately) pretty scarce theses days.

Our company has been using January Services to stock the snacks and drinks in our workplace breakroom, and they have been outstanding. Their team is dependable, responsive, and always willing to help. Whenever I have a question, concern, or special request, they answer promptly and make sure everything is taken care of. Their customer service is what truly sets them apart. They are professional, attentive, and genuinely care about providing a great experience. It's a pleasure working with a company that is so reliable and easy to reach. I highly recommend January Services to any business looking for a quality breakroom snack service.

We couldn't be happier with January Service Company and the AI vending machines they provide for our facility. The Gramke family has been incredible to work with from day one. They took the time to train our employees on how to use the machines, answered every question, and made the entire process seamless. What really sets them apart is their customer service. Anytime we've had an issue or needed assistance, they respond quickly and troubleshoot the problem with little to no downtime. It's clear they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in the service they provide. If you're looking for a company that delivers innovative vending solutions and backs them with exceptional support, I highly recommend January Service Company.
